This was a first time breeding combination for Cohen and Vashon together, and we could not be more pleased with the results! This litter actually exceeded our high expectations of very attractive, black and red pups with strong bone, great heads, very nice struture and wonderful temperaments. Both Vashon and Cohen have produced beautiful pups with incredible loyalty, intelligence, trainability, drive and soundness of temperament. Everyone who has owned a Cohen or a Vashon pup has raved about the amazing temperaments and intelligence of these pups. Both Cohen and Vashon have pups in working homes as well as pet homes. Both parents are protective of family, while still being social, and both are fantastic housedogs, good with welcome guests, children and other animals. This litter exemplified all of the good traits of both parents, and it was a real pleasure to watch them grow into splendid young pups. All of these puppies have gone to their new homes, and 4 will be competing in Schutzhund in the future. One will be a vet's companion as she travels her rounds visiting sick horses and ponies.
