Febe von Getevallei

Febe is our newest import from our friend in Belgium, Maurice Donders, breeder of Kennel "von Getevallei.".  We obtained our outstanding breeding female, Xinet von Getevallei, from Maurice a number of years ago. Now that Xinet is retired, we are bringing over a Xinet granddaughter who looks every bit as promising as we would expect from a female descended from Xinet.  Febe's mother, Aza von Getevallei, is from one of the very successful litters Xinet had in Belgium before we imported her. Aza is the product of Xinet's breeding to the multiple-time World Championship Competitor (and World Vize-sieger), Troll vom Haus Milinda.  Troll has gone on to prove himself as a prepotent sire of very talented dogs, with numerous of his progeny already competing at the highest levels.  Of course, Xinet herself is extremely prepotent, and the breeding of Troll to Xinet seems to have produced dogs with the best characteristics of both very powerful working lines. This breeding was so successful it was repeated twice.

 Troll and Xinet's daughter Aza is now the senior breeding female at kennel von Getevallei and, as such, has been bred to several world class males herself. However, it was Aza's breeding to Zender vom Lusondai that appealed highly to us. This breeding produced Febe as well as Fiona, the newest addition to the breeding program at Kennel "von Getevallei."  Zender is a top Belgian National and World Schutzhund Championship competitor  and has also proven himself to be a super producer as a sire as well. His pedigree is filled with nothing but WUSV, BSP and National level working dogs and top producers of outstanding working dogs.  Thus, Zender's outstanding working abilities should not be surprising. Zender also has superb pigment, conformation and movement, which makes his breeding with Aza all the more successful in producing a dog of Febe's working caliber coupled with health and the structure to support her through that work and through the strain of breeding.

Febe is linebred 4-4 on Orry von Haus Antverpa, 3 time World Schutzhund champion.   Febe is also linebred on Verwin vom Blitsaerd and Steffi v. Tiekerhook, one of the top producing dogs, and one of the top producing bitches of all time, respectively.  Febe has FCI A normal hips and a super temperament.  Her structure is very nice.  She is a large female with substantial bone and a large head.  Febe is a powerful working dog with extreme athleticism.  She responds in many ways to training more like a male and is a somewhat hard bitch.  She is also an excellent mother, having just whelped her first litter this January, sired by Zasko vom Prielberg.
